  • Custom photo magnets that arrive damaged or with errors (due to our mistake) are eligible for a full replacement or refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom photo magnets that are not defective or incorrect are not eligible for refunds.
